S P E C I A L O F F E R !
To celebrate the Royal Wedding, all wedding bookings made within the period 29th April 2011 - 29th April 2012 will receive a 25% discount on the final agreed fee!
Standard service (normally around £995 as a guide)
> set up and sound check to fit in with your schedule
> two 45 minute sets with a 15 minute break
> state-of-the-art Bose L1 HiFi-quality PA system
> services of an experienced engineer to mix the perfect sound
> basic lighting (if not provided by, and permitted by the venue)
> your choice of songs from our standard repertoire
> our own arrangements of any special first and last dance songs if not in our standard sets
> colour co-ordination of band clothing accessories with your colour theme
> continuous close liaison with your wedding co-ordinator
Premium service (normally around £1295 as a guide)
Standard service plus:
> one extra 45 min set from our standard repertoire
> arrangement of up to two additional special songs not in our current sets (if sufficent notice)
> special lighting effects (if permitted by the venue)
> services of an experienced DJ for dancing before, between and after our sets
> audio recording of the band's performance
NB! we may have to include a small waiting time supplement if the band has to set up and sound check more than four hours before the performance time, but this may be waived if the band has somewhere comfortable to wait and change.
Please use our gig enquiries form to make preliminary contact and indicate your requirements. We will then call you to discuss the fine detail and give you a fixed price quotation to cover all your needs. A straightforward contract listing all agreed services and itemised costs will be issued, and a 10% deposit taken to confirm the booking. Two months before your wedding we will require 40% of the agreed fee, the remaining 50% being payable on the day.
