Performance Fees

We are very flexible with regard to charges, which are open to negotiation according to individual budgets, location and size of the venue, number of guests, complexity of the arrangements and special requirements.

Once we have full details of your requirements, we will offer you a fixed quotation which will take into account all relevant factors so that you know up front what the final charge will be. 

We will send you a written contract and if you are happy with that, the booking may then be confirmed and secured with a suitable deposit.

We are happy to reduce our charges by at least 40% for fund-raising events by registered UK charities.  We will waive our fees completely for one or two selected events each year.

We include the services of a sound engineer and basic lighting.
